| مقدار و روش مصرف : | – Adults should take 1 coated tablet twice a day. – The tablet should be taken before meals, without chewing, with some water (e.g. half glass of water). |
| موارد منع مصرف : | – There are no known contraindications except who are allergic to drug and it’s ingredient. – People with liver disease should not take this medicine. – Avoid medication if first symptoms of allergies (e.g. skin rashes) occur. – Use in children and adolescents under 18 years old is not recommended. – This product should not be used during pregnancy and lactation. |
| عوارض جانبی : | In rare cases, drug herbal ingredient may cause dizziness, nausea, gastrointestinal upset, headache, lower leg muscle spasm and itching, gastrointestinal irritation, and toxic nephropathy. |
| تداخلات دارویی : | The drug interferes with coumarin, warfarin, salicylate, and anticoagulants, anti-platelets, antidiabetic drugs, and lithium, avoid using these medications concurrently. |
| نکات قابل توصیه | – Horse chestnut contains Squalene that has anti-thrombotic effects and may increase the risk of bleeding or bruising. – The first symptom of recovery may be observed 4 weeks after treatment. – Consult your doctor if you need a long-term treatment. – If you have mild stomach or intestinal problems, recommended that you take the medication with meals. – In case of severe and abnormal upset, especially in a leg that may be swelling, skin discoloration, tension or feel heat, pain, heaviness or tightness, immediately see a doctor because these could be symptom of serious illness (vein leg thrombosis). – – Contact your doctor immediately if you experience heart problems such as dyspnea or chest pain and kidney problems. – Taking this drug cannot replace other preventive or therapeutic measures such as using cold water or wearing high socks. – Has no influence on the ability to drive and use machines. |
