بسیاری از گیاهان بومی در طب سنتی برای درمان لیشمانیوز جلدی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و آزمایشات بالینی اخیر اثربخشی برخی از آنها را اثبات کرده است. تحقیقات انجام شده بر روی این گیاهان نشان داده است که سیر ، صدف ، کرم چوب ، بومادران ، گردو ، آویشن ، گیاه حنا ، میموزا ، آلوئه، لوبیای سیاه و غیره بر روی لیشمانیا جلدی مؤثر است. عوامل مصنوعی موجود در بازار ایران مضراتی مانند هزینه های زیاد و عوارض جانبی دارند و دردناک هستند. در تزریقات با توجه به اثربخشی این گیاهان ، آنها می توانند منبعی از ترکیبات طبیعی و بی خطر برای درمان لیشمانیا باشند. بنابراین باید تحقیقات بالینی بیشتری انجام شود تا اثربخشی و ایمنی این گیاهان دارویی ، مواد مؤثر و مواد سمی احتمالی آنها که منجر به تولید داروهای موثر و بی خطر برای لیشمانیوز می شود ، انجام شود. همچنین ممکن است روشی مؤثر برای تهیه پماد گیاهی در بهبود زخم باشد.

روغنهای گیاهی که به آنها عصاره روغن نیز گفته می شود ، داروهای سنتی گیاهی است که برای درمان چندین بیماری استفاده می شود. اثرات سودمند از طریق ترکیب مواد مغذی ، آنتی اکسیدان ها و بیولوژیک کننده های به دست آمده از گیاهان با استفاده از تکنیک های ملایم استخراج روغن غیر مخرب حاصل می شود. بنابراین ، تمام دانش در مورد اثرات درمانی روغن گیاهی ، در طی قرن ها آزمایش و خطا ، فقط در مورد عصاره های روغن اعمال می شود ، تا زمانی که غیر از این اثبات نشود. در این مطالعه ، داده های جمع آوری شده توسط دانشجویان پزشکی خردسال ، به مناطق مختلفی از ایران ، به ویژه شمال غربی ، مرکزی و استان های شمالی ما در اینجا گزارش می کنیم ، عصاره روغن گیاهی مورد استفاده در داروهای گیاهی سنتی ایران. گونه های سی و سه که از آن به عنوان روغن استفاده می شود ، عصاره ای است که در این مطالعه به عنوان داروی گیاهی سنتی ایرانی شناخته شده است. طبق اطلاعات جمع آوری شده در مطالعه ما 33 درصد از روغنهای گیاهی برای روماتوئید استفاده شده است .آرتروز و بیماری های مفصلی ، آرتروالژی به عنوان ضد التهاب. 22 درصد از آنها به عنوان ضد درد و دردهای سیاتیک یا عضلانی استفاده می شده اند. برای ریزش مو 16 درصد و برای تغذیه ریشه های مو یک درصد از روغن های گیاهی بطور سنتی استفاده شده است. از ده درصد نیز به عنوان نوروتونیک و برای شرایط عصبی استفاده می شود. پنج درصد روغنهای گیاهی مورد استفاده در موارد پوستی ، مرطوب کننده پوست و مراقبت از پوست است. علائم بقیه 5٪ در مورد بیماریهای داخلی و 4٪ موارد مصرف متفاوتی و سایر موارد از جمله دستگاه گوارش و غیره است.
هلیله سیاه به طور گسترده ای در طب سنتی هند و ایران برای درمان بیماری هایی که شامل زوال عقل ، یبوست و دیابت است استفاده می شود. این درخت در طب سنتی ایران (ITM) به عنوان halileh یا halilaj شناخته شده است و از این میوه برای توسعه درمان ها استفاده می شود. در ITM به عنوان قابض توصیف می شود که دارای مزاجی “سرد” و “خشک” است. خواص دارویی توصیف شده برای این درخت در ITM با موارد گزارش شده در مطالعات فیتوتراپی مدرن مقایسه شد. نتایج تأیید می کند درختی که در کتاب های سنتی به عنوان هالیله نامیده می شود ، چربی Terminalia است که در مطالعات امروزی استفاده می شود. معالجهاتی که در فیتوتراپی مدرن مورد ارزیابی قرار نگرفته اما به طور سنتی با قارچ ترمینال درمان شده اند شامل تب و مشکلات روحی و روانی است.
شیوع بالای دیابت و عوارض ناشی از آن ، افزایش استفاده از درمانهای تکمیلی (به ویژه درمانهای گیاهی) و نیاز کشورهای در حال توسعه به پزشکی بومی روشهای الهام بخش ما از معرفی برخی گیاهان در طب سنتی ایران است که در درمان دیابت استفاده می شوند. با مطالعه موضوع “زيابت” (مترادف ديابت) كه در برخي از متون پزشکی سنتی ایران ذکر شده است، متن مربوط به گیاهان خوراکی ضد دیابتی را جمع آوری کرده و نام علمی آنها را مشخص کردیم. برای جستجوی اثرات قند خون این گیاهان دارویی بر روی حیوانات آزمایشگاهی یا آزمایشگاه از پایگاه داده های Pub-med و Scopus استفاده شد. بسیاری از گیاهان دارویی و مواد معدنی به صورت تک یا مرکب در طب سنتی ایران مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. گیاهانی مانند Punica granatum ، Rosa damascene ، Plantago psyllium ، Glycyrrhiza glabra ، Coriandrum sativum ، Portulaca oleracea و Rumex pacientia محبوب ترین در میان آنها است. اثرات قند خون برخی از این گیاهان بر روی حیوانات آزمایشگاهی یا انسان از مقالات مختلف منتشر شده ارائه شده است. اثر برخی گیاهان ضد دیابتی مورد استفاده در طب سنتی ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و اثرات آنها به طور عمده بر روی حیوانات نشان داده شد. با این وجود برای اثبات ایمنی و کارآیی این گیاهان بر روی انسان به آزمایشات بالینی بیشتری نیاز داریم.
فقدان شواهد زیست شناسی مولکولی باعث شده است که موفقیت بالینی پزشکی جایگزین و مکمل (CAM) به حاشیه رانده شود. به نوبه خود ، بخش عمده ای از محققان علوم زندگی نتوانستند به پیشرفت و توسعه پتانسیل درمانی در این روشهای درمانی کمک کنند. در این مطالعه ، ما به اندازه گیری تئوری طبقه بندی توصیفی در یکی از شاخه های CAM یعنی طب سنتی ایران (ITM) پرداختیم. با استفاده از ابزار پروتئومیک و تجزیه و تحلیل شبکه ، پروتئین های بیان شده و روابط آنها با هم بودند. در لیزات میتوکندری جدا شده از PBMCs از دو مزاج مختلف یعنی گرم و مرطوب (HW) و سرد (CD) مطالعه قرار گرفت. 82٪ پروتئین های مشخص شده بیش از حد یا کمتر از آنها به طور مجزا نشان داده شده اند. مزاج ها همچنین ، نتایج ما شبکه های متقابل پروتئین و پروتئین مختلف (PPIN) را نشان داد که در این دو مزاج با استفاده از مرکزیت و تجزیه و تحلیل یافتن ماژول نشان داده شده است. پس از هستی شناسی ژن و تجزیه و تحلیل غنی سازی مسیر ، ما در هر گروه اصطلاحات بیولوژیکی غنی شده مطابق با شواهد شناخته شده فیزیولوژیکی در ITM پیدا کرده ایم. در خاتمه ، استدلال کردیم که زیست شناسی شبکه ای که به طور طبیعی زندگی در سطح سیستم را همراه با داده های مختلف مختلف در نظر می گیرد ، راه را برای ترسیم صریح فعالیت های CAM هموار می کند.

بیماری های قلبی عروقی از مهمترین دلایل عوارض و مرگ و میر در جهان است. یكی از مهمترین عوامل خطر بیماری قلبی عروقی ، هایپرلیپیدمی به ویژه مقادیر بالای آن است. کلسترول سرم با توجه به اهمیت کمبود کلسترول خون ، به عنوان یک بیماری جدی ، از درمان های مختلفی برای کنترل آن استفاده می شود ، صرف نظر از علت ، بیشتر درمان ها بر کاهش سطح لیپیدهای سرم متمرکز شده است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دیدگاه های مختلف برای کلسترول خون در طب سنتی ایران انجام شده است. ما از منابع و ادبیات طب سنتی ایران استفاده کردیم. سپس بر اساس این متون یک مطالعه مقدماتی برای ارزیابی اثرات آنها در 10 بیمار مبتلا به کلسترول پلاسما بالا طراحی شده است. علائم و نشانه ها در اندام های اصلی گوارشی (معده و کبد) نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بعضی از بیماران مزاج کبدی داشتند اما همه بیماران دارای مزاج معده بودند.
در طب سنتی ایران ، میزاج (مزاج) نقشی اساسی در توصیه های پیشگیری ، درمانی و سبک زندگی دارد. برای ورود ITM (Iranian Traditional Medicine) به سیستم رسمی پزشکی و بهداشتی به ویژه در مورد طراحی پروتکل های ملی پیشگیری ، مقیاس خود گزارش قابل اعتماد برای شناسایی مزاج بسیار ضروری است.
برای یافتن ترکیبات گیاهی جدید با اثر بازدارندگی استیل کولین استراز (AChE) ، این مطالعه بر روی داروهای گیاهی و رزین هایی که در طب سنتی ایران برای درمان اختلالات شناختی استفاده شده است ، متمرکز شد. چهل دارو از اسناد کتبی معتبر طب سنتی ایران انتخاب شد. هر دارو با استخراج سریع حلال با استفاده از دی کلرومتان و به دنبال آن متانول استخراج شد. 80 عصاره برای فعالیت مهاری AChE با استفاده از روش بیوautography TLC غربال شدند. اثر مهار 32 عصاره فعال با استفاده از روش رنگ سنجی میکروپلیت اندازه گیری شد.
ژنتیک و فیزیوپاتولوژی نشان داده است که بروز یک بیماری می تواند از علل مختلف از جمله جهش در ژن های مختلف و مکانیسم های مختلف مولکولی ناشی شود. با این حال ، علائم بالینی می توانند ظاهراً شایع باشند. علاوه بر این ، بیماران ممکن است از نظر جذب دارو و اثر ، اثر بخشی و عوارض جانبی داروها متفاوت باشند. بنابراین ، همراه با پیروی از رویکردهای درمانی ، پزشکان ضمن تجویز دارو ، از استنباط خود بر اساس تجربیات شخصی خود استفاده می کنند.
در طب سنتی ایران (ITM) ، قلب و معده از نظر تظاهرات بالینی و علت از نظر بیماری ، عضوهایی هستند که به نظر می رسد با هم مرتبط هستند. پزشکان مشهور پارسی ، رازی (925 – 865 م.) و ابن سینا (ابن سینا: 1080 – 937 م.) ، ارتباط بین قلب و معده را در تعدادی از بیماری ها در نظر گرفتند. مطابق نسخه های خطی آنها ، معده در بعضی از شرایط معده دارای اثرات جدی بر روی قلب است. این شرایط شامل “عملکرد دوگانه” (sū’-e mizaj ، شخصیت غیر طبیعی اندام و ظهور طبع غیر طبیعی (khilt-e radi) در معده است. در زمینه داروهای جریان اصلی ، این ناهنجاری ها معمولاً در بیماری ریفلاکس معده مری (GERD) ، سوpe هاضمه و برخی از اشکال اختلالات گوارشی اسید دیده می شود.
