Data analysis showed that foods that enhance sexual function should have three properties. They should be warm, very nutritious and bloated in nature. Foods that are naturally warm and nutritious affect the quality and quantity of semen. Foods that have only one of these traits should be eaten with another food that has another trait. This study also provides a list of foods that can increase the quality and quantity of semen. Foods that can increase sexual function and the quality and quantity of semen can be recommended for male patients with infertility in medical centers.
